UFCW Local 555, the United Union Non-Food Bargaining Committee, and the employer have reached an agreement for non-food Fred Meyer / UFCW Local 555 members in Albany, Coos Bay, Corvallis, Longview, Newberg, Portland, and Salem. This is a fully recommended offer.
Sticking together and staying united worked! We are so proud of our work to secure a better future for our co-workers and ourselves. We were able to achieve many of the goals. We are excited to fully recommend a great settlement! Now we need our coworkers to come and discover all we were able to achieve together!
