How The Employers Proposal Affects You!

The United Union Bargaining Committee was back at the table with your employers on Wednesday, March 9, 2011. The employers came to the table with proposals asking for concessions.

What your employer wants you to give up:

• Eliminate overtime after 8 hours worked in a day.
• Reduce holiday pay to $1.00/hr. instead of time and a half for new hires.
• Increase requirements to qualify for healthcare to 100 hours a month.
