Bargaining ... It’s Coming!

For over 2 years now we have been talking about the need to change the way we look at bargaining. We need to find ways to unite across our entire jurisdiction and we need to focus on bargaining even when we are not at the table.

Your chance to improve on the 2007 contract is coming up fast. Bargaining will begin for Eugene on February 22, 2011. However, building on the lessons from Bend - Portland and the United Fred Meyer Non-Food bargaining, a united presence will be felt as bargaining teams from contract areas throughout the jurisdiction will be joining at the table in Eugene. Now is the time to get active. Now is the time to get involved.
